This is a small mIRC script that I use to keep myself updated on what's going on with my PC and with mIRC. It displays your lag to the server, computer uptime, ram usage, email messages waiting, and your transfer rate within mIRC.

Installation:
Unzip to your mIRC directory
Type "/load -rs jellybean.tb.mrc" from within mIRC.
Click "YES"
If you want to set up an e-mail account to check, right click in your Status window, go to e-mail checker, click setup.

How to use:
Just stare at the titlebar in awe. Watch it update. Quit your job. Ignore your children. Waste your life staring at my title bar.
